Professional experience
Prior to establishing BAR Law, Brooke successfully defended physicians, hospitals, medical practices, and healthcare entities in high-exposure medical malpractice actions. Her practice also included general liability litigation, corporate and business counseling, and estate planning. At BAR Law, Brooke continues to provide comprehensive legal services in the areas of healthcare law, personal injury, premises liability, business and corporate law, and wills and trusts. Brooke is constantly striving for excellence and is fully dedicated to aggressively pursuing justice on behalf of her clients. No matter what your situation is, Brooke is confident that she will secure the best possible resolution on your behalf.
Brooke’s commitment to legal excellence has earned her selection for inclusion in Super Lawyers’ Rising Stars list from 2019 to 2025, an honor reserved for top attorneys who demonstrate exceptional professional achievement. Brooke comes from a family with strong ties to public service, with her father, brothers and grandfather serving in the FDNY and NYPD. Her father, a proud FDNY firefighter and 9/11 first responder, has always encouraged her to "take care of people."
